Midland Park CRC will be hosting a workshop on October 4 from 9am-3pm in conjunction with the Salaam Project through Christian Reformed World Missions. Leading the seminar will be Dave and Sharon De Vries, who have lived and worked among Muslims for about 20 years. The seminar will provide understanding of key Muslim beliefs and practice, and also give insights on how to build bridges with Muslims and share our faith with them in a meaningful way. Classis Hudson celebrates God's gracious provision to New Life Community CRC of Staten Island, NY which was able to install its first elders and deacons in a joyous worship service on July 6, 2014. Rev. Hong Kim, pastor of the church, presided over the installation which was attended by a number of guests from various churches in our classis and beyond.It is our prayer as a classis that God would richly bless the ministry of New Life Church and the leadership of Rev. Kim and the officebearers, to the glory and honor of Jesus Christ in the Staten Island community.
